I;caza [ikaza] is a local "terroir" term native to Nagano Prefecture, meaning "Let's go!" Experience cuisine made for you with local Nagano terroir ingredients. Please enjoy each heartfelt dish, carefully prepared to fully draw out the strengths of each ingredient.

Savor a collaboration of culinary skills with seasonal Nagano ingredients. Nagano terroir is an intriguing blend of French and Japanese cuisine, best enjoyed with local Shinshu wine. We also carry a rich variety of local Nagano wines and Japanese sake.

The buffet consists of Japanese-style "obanzai" cuisine focused on regional Shinshu ingredients.
Dishes include "obanzai" small dishes that pair well with Koshihikari rice grown in Nagano Prefecture, as well as healthy Japanese meals like rice flavored and cooked with seasonal ingredients. The restaurant is equipped with a full salad buffet featuring vegetables harvested in Matsumotodaira.
Several fresh juices made with 100% Shinshu fruit are available.

Note that, if the number of guests as of 12:00 PM on the day prior does not meet or exceed 10 people, or if required due to COVID-19 conditions in the Matsumoto area, we may serve individual set meals.
As part of preventive measures associated with COVID-19, we ask guests to apply disinfectant alcohol when entering and exiting, wear masks when not eating, and wear gloves when using the buffet counter. Please note that if you are unable to comply with the above, we may refuse entry.
